Measuring your campaign performance is an important aspect of your email marketing program. The reports Insermo provides in the Campaign Manager let you analyse the success of your campaigns, and the level of engagement from your audience.
Here’s an example of what’s available in our Campaign Report section:
The overview tab provides a summary of your campaign, including:
• List sent to: Displays the name of the list(s) that were sent.
• Content sent: Displays the name of the content that you sent.
• Opened (Unique): The number of recipients who have opened the email. This does not include those that clicked thru or unsubscribed from the campaign.
• Clicked (Unique): The number of unique click thrus to links contained in the email. A single user who clicks on multiple links will be recorded as a single click thru only.
• Bounced: The number of recipients that did not receive the email because it could not be delivered (Bounced).
• Unsubscribed: The number of recipients who unsubscribed from your list.
• No response: Those that received the email, but did nothing with it.
You can also access the other tabs to find specific information:
• Opened Tab: Shows which recipients opened the campaign, and when they opened it.
• Clicked Tab: Shows which links in your content were clicked.
• Bounced Tab: Shows the errors that occurred for the campaign. This statistic will include permanent and temporary errors. This number is likely to reduce, as Insermo will attempt to resend to undelivered recipients for up to 72 hours.
• Unsubscribed Tab: Shows the recipients who have unsubscribed from this campaign.
• No Response Tab: This will provide the number of emails where Insermo has not registered an open, click, error or unsubscribe.

Report Downloads
You can now download your reporting data from the Campaign Manager. When you click on your deployed campaigns to access campaign report, you can download each of the tabs as a CSV file.
To download a report:
• Open the deployed campaign from the Campaign Manager.
• Right-click on any of the reporting tabs and click on ‘Download Data’.
Remember - You can also create sublists of the report data from each tab in Campaign Report. These sublists will be saved in the List manager for you to use in future campaigns. For example – you can send a targeted follow up campaign by creating a sublist of those recipients who clicked on your last email.
